Pulling Series #2!

So back to Karazhan on Tuesday and got a few more pictures. First off, nice little trick I was shown once for getting these groups in nice and tight in the Ballroom:

Just pull them and duck right into here:

They’ll cluster right on top of you. Next up on the way to Opera, those stage hands can be a little tricky so for the first two pulls you may want to bring them downstairs to better move them out of that spotlight. So pull them up there:

Have a healer stand at the bottom and Intervene to them:

Now you have plenty of room to move them wherever:

Well that went well. And now it’s time for my favorite series of pulls, the ones from Curator’s room. This is a technique I developed, though I’m sure I’m not the first or the only. Basically your goal here is to pull them back to the stairs in the previous room so you can fear the little worms so they don’t drain everyone’s mana. Intervene is key here, if you don’t use it you will probably die after about the third group. So start pulling:

And a quick run back:

Eventually you will move into the room, but keep everyone back.

After pulling these group have your “anchor” standing in the doorway so you can Intervene to them. Priest shield, hots, Earth Shield, Healthstone, whatever you have to keep you alive while running back helps.

That’s about it. Of course if you have a hunter, make use of Misdirect. The only reason I didn’t was to show how it can be done without one. Also for druids, cat form sprint works well in lieu of Intervene. Granted though if you don’t fear you can just pull them all to the back wall, just make sure they all come back or you may pull Curator before you’re ready. Happy pulling.
